What this site collects

Almost nothing, and not by accident. These pages are static files with no database behind them, so the only personal information Koalaty Australia receives is what somebody chooses to type into the enquiry form.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser, loads no analytics, no advertising tags and no social or embedded third-party scripts, and it does not fingerprint or profile visitors. Reading the catalogue leaves no record with us.

Because of that there is no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.

02

The enquiry form is the only thing that collects

If you send an enquiry, the form transmits exactly the fields it shows you: your name, your organisation, your email address, the delivery country, the type of enquiry, and the parts and quantities you have listed. Nothing else is added to it and nothing is collected in the background.

The email address is the only required field, because it is the only one we need in order to reply.

03

Where an enquiry goes, and for how long

A submitted enquiry is passed to Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers it to us as an email. Web3Forms holds a copy for 30 days, after which it expires. This is an interim arrangement: a static site has no server of its own to receive a form, and the intended replacement is a Cloudflare Worker on our own infrastructure, at which point nothing will pass through a third party at all.

If that submission fails, the form instead hands the enquiry to your own email program with the fields already filled in. In that case nothing is transmitted by this site — the message is yours until you send it.

04

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Requesting any page on the internet necessarily discloses your IP address to whoever serves it, and Cloudflare processes request data, including IP addresses, in the course of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. That processing is Cloudflare’s and is covered by their terms, not decided here.

05

Asking for a copy, a correction or a deletion

Send the request through the enquiry form and say what you want done. It reaches the same inbox as everything else. Any copy held by Web3Forms expires on its own 30 days after the enquiry was sent.

Changes

If what the site does changes — in particular when enquiries stop passing through a third party — this page is updated and the date at the top of it moves. It carries no history, so the date is how you tell whether it describes the site as it stands.
